fundadomain.fun provides software that helps users interact with public blockchain networks and independent services. It does not custody your wallet keys or guarantee execution, settlement, token value, market availability, or fee recovery.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, impersonate others, infringe rights, distribute malware, manipulate systems, evade restrictions, or interfere with the website. You must have the right to use metadata and websites supplied in a launch.
Domain fees and verification
A launch association does not establish website ownership. Fee claims require the available proof process and wallet authorization. Verification may fail or be delayed, and the service may reject unsafe, inconsistent, expired, or unverifiable requests.
No warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. You assume all risks described in the Risk Disclosure, including smart-contract, market, third-party, and regulatory risks.
Limitation and changes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, fundadomain.fun is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or investment losses arising from use of the interface. Features and these terms may change; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
